• Shift: 12-hour nights (3:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
• Hours/Week: 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid RN license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of PCU RN experience; high acuity drip experience preferred
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend; work major holidays with schedule adjustments

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Administer high acuity medications and drips
• Manage arterial lines, BIPAP, and Airvo devices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Ensure adherence to facility policies and safety protocols
• Flexibly float to other units as required and approved by management

What You Need:

• Current and valid RN license in Missouri
• ACLS, BLS certifications (NIHSS preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in high-acuity or PCU settings
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and work major holidays as scheduled
• Strong clinical skills with experience managing complex patient conditions
