We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join a growing insurance defense practice in Pennsylvania. This permanent position focuses on personal injury and automobile-related defense matters, representing insurers and their policyholders through all phases of litigation. The role begins in a hybrid arrangement with in-office collaboration and may transition to primarily remote work once the attorney is fully established in the practice.

Responsibilities:
• Manage insurance defense matters from intake through resolution, including case strategy, evaluation, and trial preparation.
• Represent insurance carriers and insured clients in automobile accident litigation, including uninsured and underinsured motorist disputes.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents in a timely and organized manner.
• Conduct depositions, oversee written discovery, and prepare responses to support effective case development.
• Advocate for clients during arbitrations, court appearances, settlement discussions, and trial proceedings.
• Maintain an active caseload independently while ensuring deadlines, reporting obligations, and litigation milestones are met.
• Communicate regularly with claims professionals and provide clear case updates in line with carrier expectations.• At least 2 years of experience practicing insurance defense with a strong background in personal injury matters.
• Demonstrated ability to defend automobile accident cases and manage civil litigation files independently.
• Experience preparing motions, legal briefs, discovery materials, and other court-related filings.
• Strong legal research, analysis, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, claims representatives, and colleagues.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Ability to succeed in a hybrid work environment with increasing autonomy over time.
