Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and energetic Event Setup Assistant to help prepare promotional events, displays, and customer-focused activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working with a team to create successful and well-organized events. Responsibilities Help organize event equipment and materials before activities begin. Assist with loading, unloading, and moving event supplies safely. Maintain clean and organized event areas throughout activities. Help maintain attractive and organized product displays. Assist team members with customer‑facing event activities. Welcome attendees and provide basic event assistance. Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after activities. Organize and store event materials following each event. Communicate setup or supply needs to appropriate team members. Support promotional and customer engagement activities when needed. Work collaboratively to ensure events are prepared and organized. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Comfortable performing physical and hands‑on tasks. Ability to lift, carry, and move event materials safely. Strong organizational and time management skills. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Comfortable working in an active event environment. Previous event, hospitality, retail, warehouse, setup, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
