Oracle DBA skills – 7+ years preferred, but can be flexible -Goldengate exposure - replication tools, manage those that we use heavily-ability to debug and find problem then identify issue, mitigate and come up with resolution, these problem solving skills are very important-want to know if they have this skill, dynamically look at situation and problem solve -Performance tuning What are the NICE to have skills - -Cloud knowledge very highly preferred, have so much of cloud footprint, migrating to cloud-if they do not have but can prove they can scale up and learn this with their efficiency and skills in other areas
