Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone. Goal-oriented and motivated by performance. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
