Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements. Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, communications, and documentation on behalf of executives. Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items post‑meeting. Conduct research and compile information for reports, presentations, and projects. Organize events, conferences, and team‑building activities as required. Qualifications Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
