Virtual Personal Assistant | VIKTech LLC | Remote (Miami, FL) About the Role VIKTech LLC is seeking a highly organized and reliable Operations & Personal Assistant to support daily business and operational tasks. This role is critical to keeping workflows efficient and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution. You will work directly with leadership to manage schedules, communications, and administrative processes. You will handle executive administrative support, data entry, scheduling, and coordination tasks while ensuring smooth operations. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Google Workspace tools. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Handle email inbox (sorting, replying, follow-ups) Perform data entry and maintain records Organize documents and files (Google Drive, etc.) Assist with research and simple reporting Coordinate meetings and reminders Handle basic operational and clerical tasks Candidate Requirements Strong written and verbal English communication skills High attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Reliable internet connection and workspace Nice to Have Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Admin Assistant Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Trello Basic understanding of business operations or startups Compensation and Benefits Salary: $44K–$54K/year (commensurate with experience) Fully remote role Growth opportunities as the company scales Work directly with leadership Location Remote (company based in Miami, FL). #J-18808-Ljbffr
