Clinton Perry Agency with Farmers Insurance in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is looking for a dedicated, driven individual to join our growing team as a Full-Time Agency Sales Representative! If you are determined and have amazing relationship-building skills, then this is your opportunity for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential . As a Producer, you will be giving back to your community every day by assisting customers with the coverage to fit their unique needs. Whether you are experienced in sales, or just looking to begin your career in our amazing industry, we can help you launch your career to new heights.
No previous experience? No problem! But we will need you to be licensed before coming on board.
If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Even entry-level applicants, that are licensed, could make $50,000 - $75,000 in their first year and an opportunity to earn additional compensation via bonuses and office competitions.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
- Handle customer renewals.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to multi-task.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Career minded vision.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- A Property Casualty insurance license is required.
- A Life Health Insurance license is required.
