Night Shift | 3x12 Hours | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel assignment at a leading medical center in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong Labor & Delivery experience and the ability to provide high-quality maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Labor & Delivery patients throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
• Assist physicians and interdisciplinary teams during labor and delivery procedures
• Provide patient education and emotional support to mothers and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
• Support high-risk obstetric patients and emergency situations as needed
• Float within scope and facility policy when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Active California RN License required (No EMSA accepted)
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• NRP Certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate/Advanced or C-EFM required
• Strong experience in Labor & Delivery settings required
