Non-Profit Leadership Coach

We're seeking an experienced nonprofit leadership coach to work with students and professionals pursuing careers in the nonprofit sector. This role includes teaching core skills in nonprofit management, program development, volunteer management, fundraising, and grant writing, and helping students build these capabilities through consistent, practical skill building. Coaches also support the career side of the journey, including resume review, interview prep, and salary negotiation for those pursuing roles at nonprofit organizations, as well as freelancing and networking strategy for students building independent consulting work in the space. Ideal candidates have professional experience in nonprofit leadership or management, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to breaking down complex organizational and strategic topics. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high‑quality, supportive experience for every student. Why Leland?
