Your daily responsibilities will include reviewing medical records, and ensuring compliance with ICD-10 and CPT codes for workers compensation claims. You will be detail-oriented in managing preauthorization requests, working closely with healthcare providers and insurers to facilitate smooth communication. In this fast-paced environment, you will utilize your computer proficiency to navigate our systems efficiently and keep track of status updates.
