Marketing Project Manager-Hybrid!

Job Description This role is hybrid with expected work hours of 8AM - 4PM Pacific time from Monday - Friday. We expect 1-2 days of in-office attendance per week in our San Francisco headquarters. Description In this role, you will lead the launch, growth, and quality for merchants in DoorDash’s New Restaurant Models brand licensing portfolio. You will partner closely with marketing, merchandising, and our restaurant partners to grow and improve quality at our licensed stores. You will drive order volume and improve the operations of our licensed stores, ultimately being responsible for the success of our brands and restaurants. You will manage merchant partners to ensure they operate correctly. You will build from scratch (0 to 1) and then build out processes to support scale. You will work with internal cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, merchandising, product) to design and execute growth initiatives. You are analytical and have a bias towards action. What You'll Do Develop and manage marketing campaigns for all merchants. Monitor and report on the performance of your brands and stores. Identify operational issues and tackle them. Use data and anecdotes to uncover issues and opportunities. Manage merchant relationships to improve the quality of our operations. Understand the perception of our brands and ensure they reach product market fit. About You You have prior experience working closely with external partners. You are an efficient operator who likes to move quickly and proactively when assigned new projects. You are interested in customer-facing roles and feel comfortable conversing with customers in both verbal and written forums. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can solve problems from first principles. You are a clear verbal and written communicator and can display this from day one. You are analytical and comfortable uncovering insights from data. You do not mind operating in Google Sheets and are confident with document setup. You are an owner, always looking for opportunities to learn and better your work product. You are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing team-oriented environment and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Nice to Have Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree Prior experience working with Google Suite You are proficient in spreadsheets and SQL.
