We are a CPA Firm with an opening in our West Dundee office for a full‑time, in‑office Accountant. We work with our staff to provide a work‑life balance. For more than 44 years, we have served as a trusted partner to our clients. Responsibilities Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compilation financial statements using Accounting CS and QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Client interaction, working with individuals and small/medium‑sized businesses in all areas of accounting, tax, and compliance. Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality in all work products. Minimum 2 years bookkeeping/accounting experience in a professional financial service or accounting environment. Experience preparing business, individual, and trust tax returns. Experience with tax and accounting software packages; UltraTax, Accounting CS, and QuickBooks Desktop and Online. Experience in payroll and sales tax preparation and review.
