A day in the life

Step onto our production floor in Romeoville, IL, and you’ll jump right into the flow of creating consistent, high‑quality food products. You’ll follow precise recipes and step‑by‑step guidelines, assemble ingredients with care, and keep a keen eye on quality from the first component to the finished item. Throughout the day, you’ll partner closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines, all while upholding rigorous food safety and sanitation practices.

Between runs, you’ll help restock and organize supplies so the next batch is ready to go. If equipment hints at trouble, you’ll flag it quickly to your supervisor and keep the area safe. You’ll also take part in hands‑on training and refreshers that keep our procedures sharp and aligned with company policies.

• Build and assemble food items according to defined recipes and documented standards.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene throughout each step of assembly.
• Check ingredient integrity and finished product quality; correct issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Support inventory control by restocking and organizing materials as needed.
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to leadership.
• Participate in training and follow all company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow clear instructions.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced setting while meeting production targets.
• Clear communicator and dependable team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
