We are currently seeking an experienced multi-unit manager to join our team who will provide leadership and deliver an outstanding customer experience while ensuring we are running profitable restaurants. As a District Manager/Area Coach you would be expected to:Lead the daily operations of 6-8 restaurantsTrain, develop and supervise 5-8 Restaurant General ManagersDrive top-line Sales & Traffic growth in your AreaDeliver Financial Results by controlling COS, COL, and Semi-Variable CostsEnsure Operational Excellence in food safety requirements and customer serviceEnsure restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standardsAssist in recruitment of restaurant General Managers and Shift ManagersAssist in developing marketing initiatives and ensure executionExecute all policies, procedures, systems while promoting ethical business practices and ensuring compliance with all federal and state laws2+ years of multi-unit experiencePizza Experience a Plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
