Customer Service Representative

A growing manufacturing company in Kennebunk is looking for an energetic and dependableCustomer Service Representativeto join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position working closely with customers and internal production teams to keep orders, priorities, and deliveries on track. Location: Kennebunk, ME Pay: $20/hour weekly pay! Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40+ hours/week; occasional Saturdays may be required Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Coordinate expedited orders and customer requests with production Track work-in-progress (WIP), lead times, and order status Maintain spreadsheets and generate WIP reports Coordinate customer-driven changes and prioritize urgent requests Prepare and send formal customer quotes Create quotes using established pricing Coordinate order requirements with customers and production Support customer surveys and trade show coordination Use QuickBooks for reporting and other customer-related tasks Blueprint reading is a plus, but training can be provided Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and people skills Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Positive, professional, and friendly phone presence Reliable and dependable QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
