What You’ll Own The Opportunity NumLookup is already a popular consumer product used by millions of people. Now we want to make it a brand that everyone knows, talks about, shares, and sees everywhere on social media. We’re looking for an unusually creative Social Media Content Creator who wants full ownership of making that happen. This is not a role where someone hands you a content calendar and asks you to make posts. You are the content department. You will have significant creative freedom and be responsible for the entire social media engine—from strategy and crazy ideas to filming, editing, posting, analyzing what works, and figuring out how to make the next video perform even better. Strategy. Concepts. Scripts. Talent. Filming. Editing. Posting. Trends. Analytics. Experimentation. The whole nine yards. We want someone who looks at an already successful product and thinks: "How do I turn this into one of the most talked-about consumer brands on social media?" You will take full ownership of NumLookup's organic social media presence, including: Developing the overall social media and content strategy Coming up with original, attention-grabbing video concepts Creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content Writing hooks, scripts, captions, and on-screen text Filming content yourself and directing other people when needed Editing videos from concept to finished post Posting and managing content across social platforms Experimenting constantly with new formats, characters, storytelling styles, trends, and creative ideas Identifying cultural moments and trends NumLookup can participate in Developing recurring series and recognizable content formats Using AI video, image, voice, and creative tools to dramatically increase the speed and scale of content production Reviewing performance data and doubling down on content that works Rapidly testing new hooks, concepts, formats, and creative directions Building NumLookup's social channels into a major consumer media presence Ultimately, you own the result—not just the content calendar. You might be a creator, filmmaker, social media strategist, TikToker, editor, storyteller, meme expert, creative marketer—or some combination of all of them. The right person: Thinks BIG Is obsessed with creating content people actually want to watch Understands how to grab someone's attention within the first second Naturally understands TikTok, Reels, Shorts, internet culture, memes, trends, and social behavior Constantly asks, "How can we make this 10x more interesting?" Is comfortable trying ideas that might sound ridiculous at first Can take an idea from a blank page to a finished video independently Understands storytelling, hooks, pacing, retention, and shareability Can shoot and edit high-quality short-form video Is comfortable appearing on camera or directing people who do Moves quickly and doesn't overthink perfection Loves experimenting and learning from performance data Understands that viral content rarely comes from playing it safe Wants ownership rather than being told exactly what to do You're Probably a Great Fit If… You watch a viral video and immediately start analyzing why it worked.
