Route Sales Associate

PepsiCo Truck Driver

Quick look pay: $76,800/ annual target. Location: 5100 160th Street, NE, Marysville, WA, 98271. Schedule: Variable schedule, 2 days off per week, 3:00 am - when route is complete. Average 9-10 hours per day.

Minimum qualifications:

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

What you'll do:

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
