Join our caring and mission-driven team as an On Call Behavior Therapist! We’re looking for dedicated individuals to work directly with children with autism and developmental disabilities in their homes.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, one-on-one behavioral support to children in their homes.
- Follow individualized behavior plans designed by licensed professionals.
- Teach daily living and social skills through engaging, play-based strategies.
- Collect simple data to track progress (training provided).
- Collaborate with supervisors to refine and improve interventions.
- Bring patience, positivity, and enthusiasm to every session.

You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have experience working with children (especially those with autism or developmental disabilities – preferred but not required).
