Part Time Administrative Assistant I

It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Department: SheriffGrade: 099NMSalary: $20.60/hourJob Duties:· Reviews and proofs various documents and journal for accuracy and completeness.· Prepares and files various reports according to the appropriates schedules.· Prepares and mails bills, correspondence, and other department communications on assigned schedules or as requested.· Processes mail for the assigned department.· Faxes, scans, and mails requested information.Minimum Qualifications:· High School diploma or equivalent required.· One year of experience in an office, business or a related field· Must possess/maintain appropriate certifications for assigned department· Depending on the needs of the assigned department, certification as a Notary Clerk may be required.· Must submit to and pass pre-employment background and drug screen.Schedule Options:· Five Days: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.· Four Days: Monday, Tuesday and Friday, plus Wednesday or Thursday, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us! #J-18808-Ljbffr
