Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs, creating customized treatment plans aimed at restoring movement and alleviating pain.
• Efficiently manage a caseload with a target of one patient per hour, delivering focused and individualized therapy sessions.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that address the unique goals and conditions of each patient.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to develop integrated care plans that support optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions, adjusting approaches as necessary based on continuous progress monitoring.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress, treatment plans, and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients in an orthopedic outpatient environment, treating individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. Your expertise will be critical for patients seeking to restore mobility, relieve pain, and improve their overall functional abilities. As you engage with patients ranging from young athletes to senior citizens, your role will directly influence their rehabilitation journey and quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Possess a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in providing physical therapy services in a clinical setting.
• A clean record with no instances of disciplinary measures or board actions.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, yet thrive within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
