Duties

Help

• You will receive and process multi-channel facility maintenance requests via telephone and email, applying a thorough understanding of labor trades, structural components, and technical vernacular to capture accurate data.
• You will evaluate and classify all incoming service requests into standardized priority categories (Routine, Urgent, Emergency, Project, Recurring) in strict compliance with OSD standards.
• You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the computerized asset management system (MAXIMO), auditing system data, generating error reports, and providing first-level technical guidance to Regional Call Center (RCC) personnel.
• You will manage daily workflow operations by balancing workload assignments among on-duty staff, verifying emergency dispatches, and maintaining flexibility to support critical operations across rotating 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: receiving and processing customer service requests for facilities maintenance; accurately categorizing work as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent, or emergency; utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (MAXIMO); and providing first-level assistance or training to lower-graded employees.

GS-06 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: receiving and processing customer service requests for facilities maintenance; accurately categorizing work as planned, unplanned, routine, urgent, or emergency; utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (MAXIMO); and providing first-level assistance or training to lower-graded employees.
