Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs. Recommend maintenance and repair services based on BMW manufacturer guidelines, technician inspections, and customer needs. Clearly communicate repair recommendations, pricing, and expected completion times. Partner closely with technicians and the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle delivery. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with proactive updates. Review completed repairs with customers, explaining services performed and answering any questions. Build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, and referrals. Consistently achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and performance goals. Represent the values and professionalism of Group 1 Automotive in every customer and team interaction.
