Line CookThe Line Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while following recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines. This role works closely with the kitchen team to execute daily service, specials, and events efficiently and consistently.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes, quality standards, and ticket timesSet up and break down station before and after serviceFollow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all timesMaintain cleanliness and organization of work station and shared kitchen areasCommunicate effectively with kitchen staff and management during serviceAssist with prep work, stocking, and inventory rotation (FIFO)Execute daily specials, catering items, buffets, and special events as neededAdapt to menu changes and seasonal offeringsMinimize waste and handle product with care
