We are seeking a dedicated Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will serve as a core link between our clients and internal operations. You will manage daily client accounts, foster professional relationships, and support strategic account growth initiatives from end to end.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client inquiries and account updates.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Monitor account performance, prepare standard reporting, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Assist in developing strategy proposals to increase client retention and account expansion.
