\n \nOur attorneys do far more than just research and paperwork. You will be a valued member of our litigation practice group responsible for all aspects of litigation. Ideal candidates will have experience/knowledge in business/commercial litigation, life/health/disability, ERISA and or employment litigation all highly desirable but not required.
\n \nYou will work closely with partners and senior associates and will be responsible for a variety of duties including:
\n- \n
- Drafting pleadings and motions \n
- Preparing and reviewing discovery along with brief writing \n
- Conducting legal research \n
- Managing client commutations \n
- Prepare for pre-trial activities and assist in trial preparation \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- At least 1 year of experience \n
- Knowledge and passion of litigation \n
- JD from accredited law school \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \n
- Proficiency with legal research and writing of pleadings \n
Firm will consider someone who is currently waiting for their admission to the Illinois State Bar.
