Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler

Job Description

The Assembler builds and assembles large product using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You work from blueprints and written instructions to perform high-quality assembly and rework with a strong focus on accuracy and zero defects.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers according to blueprints and written instructions.
• Rebuild and repair trailers that have been identified with quality errors before they leave the yard.
• Follow detailed blueprints and specifications with close attention to accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform large-scale assembly tasks and general labor duties as needed on the production floor.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and take pride in producing defect-free products.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and tools.
• Work overtime hours as required to meet production and backlog demands.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

• Eperience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with verifiable examples of previous experience.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and work from blueprints with attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to quality, with a focus on producing work free of defects.
• Reliability and willingness to work overtime hours when needed.
• Ability to work safely in a loud, industrial environment while following safety guidelines.

Work Environment

1st and 2nd shift openings - Monday-Thursday shift. $18-$20/hr.

This is a Contract position based out of Oregon, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Oregon,WI.
