1st Shift AssemblerThe Assembler builds and assembles large product using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You work from blueprints and written instructions to perform high-quality assembly and rework with a strong focus on accuracy and zero defects.ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers according to blueprints and written instructions.Rebuild and repair trailers that have been identified with quality errors before they leave the yard.Follow detailed blueprints and specifications with close attention to accuracy and quality standards.Perform large-scale assembly tasks and general labor duties as needed on the production floor.Maintain a high standard of workmanship and take pride in producing defect-free products.Adhere to all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and tools.Work overtime hours as required to meet production and backlog demands.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of assembly tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with verifiable examples of previous experience.Ability to read and follow written instructions and work from blueprints with attention to detail.Strong commitment to quality, with a focus on producing work free of defects.Reliability and willingness to work overtime hours when needed.Ability to work safely in a loud, industrial environment while following safety guidelines.Work Environment1st and 2nd shift openings - Monday-Thursday shift. $18-$20/hr.This is a Contract position based out of Oregon, WI.The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
