Senior Food Plant Ops Leader — 3-Shift, High Impact
The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated
The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee production at a 110,000 sq ft facility with three shifts and 150 staff. You will drive planning, quality, and cost-effective manufacturing to meet specs and timelines. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, coach managers, and coordinate with QA, Shipping and Maintenance to ensure top-quality products.
