Electronics Assembler II Location: Plymouth, Minnesota Schedule/Shift: First Shift - 9/80A Schedule Pay: $21-$23 per hour 26-10253 Job Summary The Electronics Assembler II performs electronic and electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment. This role requires hands‑on experience with electronic assembly, hand soldering, technical drawings, and detailed work instructions. The successful candidate must maintain an active IPC J-STD-001 certification and demonstrate strong attention to quality and detail. This is a full‑time, 100% onsite position with no travel or telework. Job Responsibilities Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly operations. Assemble components, modules, panels, cables, and related hardware. Perform hand soldering and component installation. Read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, work instructions, and other documentation. Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and production equipment. Perform basic inspections and continuity checks on completed assemblies. Complete rework, modifications, and repairs as required. Maintain quality and production standards in a structured manufacturing environment. Support training related to specialized assemblies as assigned. Job Requirements 1+ year of electronic assembly and/or hand soldering experience in a manufacturing environment. Active IPC J-STD-001 certification. Ability to read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and detailed work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. High school diploma or GED. U.S. citizenship required. Ability to successfully complete required pre‑employment screening. Experience with electronic or electro‑mechanical manufacturing preferred. Experience with soldering rework or repair preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems or electronic work instructions preferred. Experience working in a quality‑controlled production environment preferred. Education High school diploma or GED. Work Experience Minimum of 1 year of electronic assembly and/or hand soldering experience in a manufacturing environment.
