We're looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join a growing manufacturing team. • Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, masking, and buffing.
• Mix and apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings.
• Ensure high-quality finishes and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Apply seam sealer and protective coatings.
• Read work orders and follow paint specifications.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot spray equipment.
• Safely move large components using overhead lifting systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with the team to meet production and quality goals.

• At least 2 years of industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or related spray painting experience.
• Experience with paint sprayers and industrial coating applications.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and a safety-first mindset.

• Blueprint reading
• Mechanical assembly or repair
• Hydraulics, fabrication, or welding environments

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Optional overtime is frequently available, with many employees working 50-60 hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Crystal Lake, IL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
