Are you a skilled troubleshooter with a keen eye for detail? If so, we invite you to join our team at M&T Enterprises in Lehi, UT! We are currently searching for a full-time Heavy Equipment Mechanic who takes pride in delivering efficient, quality work and enjoys tackling mechanical challenges!

This position pays $25–$45/hour , depending on your experience level. You'll be backed by a strong benefits package designed to support you:

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you:
- Handle diagnostics, repairs, and regular maintenance on various equipment, including loaders, dozers, graders, haul trucks, excavators, and pickups.
- Operate independently, traveling to different job sites to get machines back in action.
- Ensure work is thorough, accurate, and always aligned with safety standards.
- You complete detailed service logs and keep track of maintenance tasks.
If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
- 2+ years of experience as a mechanic
- A clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Detail oriented
- Some construction knowledge is a plus
