Sales Engineer

We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive sales and develop customer relationships for industrial blow molding and molding machinery . This role combines technical knowledge with sales, customer development, order management, and equipment installation support. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth goals. Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and prospects. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, negotiations, and order booking. Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate machinery and equipment solutions. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Coordinate with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams to support quotations, orders, delivery, and customer requirements. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and periodic sales reports. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Support equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in industrial or manufacturing equipment. Industry experience and knowledge of blow molding machines or molding machinery required. Strong B2B/industrial sales and customer relationship management experience. Ability to understand technical equipment and customer applications. Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office/Excel, and sales reporting tools. Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada (60%+). Ability to support equipment installation and commissioning at customer sites as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
