A physician-led, patient-centered healthcare system southeast of Salem, Oregon is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join a collaborative outpatient practice serving a rural community of more than 40,000 patients.

Position Highlights:

\n

\n
• Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine role (4 clinical days + 1 administrative day weekly)
\n
• Adult-only primary care with average volume of 18–20 patients per day
\n
• Manage complex cases referred by advanced practice providers and family medicine physicians
\n
• Integrated multispecialty support including cardiology, pulmonary critical care, orthopedics, OB/GYN, general surgery, and podiatry
\n
• Collaborative care model within a network of 12 clinics across 8 specialties
\n
• Shared clinic call rotation (triage nurse first call; MD backup)\n

  • 1:14 weekday call

  • 1:12 weekend call
  \n
\n
• EPIC EMR with AI scribe technology for streamlined documentation
\n
• Physician-led environment emphasizing autonomy, collaboration, and evidence-based care

• Strong focus on preventive care and long-term chronic disease management
\n

• Competitive guaranteed base salary

• Uncapped wRVU-based production bonus

• $3,000 annual CME allowance
