An independent nonprofit community hospital in Oregon’s scenic Willamette Valley is expanding its outpatient Family Medicine team. This is a rare opportunity to join a physician-led, community-focused organization that prioritizes patient relationships, clinical excellence, and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits:

- $325K base salary + production incentives \n
- $25K sign-on bonus + relocation assistance \n
