Selling Supervisor

Summary The Selling Supervisor is a member of the store leadership team who supports profitable business performance and delivers an exceptional customer experience. This role leads and coaches the sales team, monitors performance metrics, and spends 50% of the time selling and building customer loyalty. Responsibilities Coach, develop, mentor, and recognize team members while driving sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics. Model selling behaviors, implement clienteling strategies, and execute promotional activities and sales events. Support customer concerns, communicate performance data, identify product opportunities, and assist with merchandising and inventory control. Supervise cash transactions, deposits, and register balancing; support recruitment and training; and ensure compliance with policies and safety regulations. Requirements Retail supervisory or similar industry experience; fashion awareness is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, time management, and business acumen. Ability to build positive working relationships and work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel. Ability to operate a register, remain mobile on the sales floor, and lift or climb as required, including lifting up to 30 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
