Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Texas state SLP license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings is required.
• Experience with dysphagia management and adult neurogenic communication disorders is required.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records documentation is required.
• Preferred: Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator weaning protocols.
