This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work on high-profile cases and make a significant impact on our clients' lives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, particularly in personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. They will be comfortable handling all aspects of litigation from inception through trial and appeal, with a particular focus on truck and auto accidents, medical malpractice, and tort law. Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation from inception to disposition, including trial preparation, motions, and appellate work. Represent clients in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, truck and auto accidents, and medical malpractice. Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to each case. Conduct thorough, high-level legal research and analysis. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and pleadings. Collaborate with legal support staff to ensure efficient case management. Consult with medical experts, investigators, and other specialists to prepare for trial. Advocate for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Georgia law and legal trends in relevant practice areas. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a strong focus on personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. Demonstrated expertise in tort law, with a particular emphasis on truck and auto accidents and medical malpractice. Exceptional legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
