Saucier: At this location, our saucier earns $19-$21/hour.

We are looking for an experienced Saucier:
- 2 to 5 years experience in a high volume full service fast paced scratch kitchen
- Ensure only "fresh" high-quality ingredients are used when preparing all recipes
- Strong ability to multitask under pressure
- Passion for teaching and developing others
- Great time management skills
- Enjoy a high level of responsibility and impact
- Passionate for food and scratch cooking
- Proper recipe execution utilizing the recipe monitor during the preparation and cooking process
- Proper food cooling, storage, labeling, and dating
- Tidy and clean and sanitize and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools
- Communicate clearly. Write and speak well
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
- Practice what you preach
- Basic knowledge of cooking equipment in assigned cooking station
- Like a clean and organized cooking station
- Want to be part of a team and create fun – whistle while you work
- Happy, trusting, passionate and determined – Never Settle!
- Put yourself in the others person's shoes
Education:
- High School (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
- Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
