Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen activities
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Help create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields a plus
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions

See creamy Fudge being paddled the traditional way on marble tables. Listen to the sound of a wooden paddle on a copper kettle as sweet Caramel Corns and Brittles are being hand-crafted. Watch as we hand dip fresh Granny Smith Apples in our signature made-in-store Caramel, developed by Don Kilwin himself, for that perfect and best tasting Caramel Apple.

And that is just the beginning. We hand-dip a variety of treats in our Heritage Milk, Dark and White Chocolate. Try a hand-dipped strawberry, pretzel, marshmallow or cookie, just to name a few. The Kilwins Chocolates assortments include “Extraordinary Everyday” Truffles, Sea-Salt Caramels, and our signature Dark and Milk Chocolate Tuttles.
