Community Resource Manager (CRM)

Community Resource Coordinator (Business Office Manager) Highgate Senior Living is seeking a full‑time, detail‑oriented professional to oversee the implementation of financial systems supporting care and billing for residents and team members across our assisted living and memory care communities. The role includes oversight and support of seven functional areas: human resources, payroll and benefits, software systems administration, policy & procedure implementation, recruitment & training, workplace safety, operations financial management, and operations administration. Responsibilities Implement and maintain financial systems for resident billing and team member services. Provide daily operational support across HR, payroll, benefits, software, recruitment, safety, and financial management. Collaborate with leadership to develop and enforce policies and procedures. Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and training programs. Ensure compliance with labor law practice, payroll standards, and confidentiality requirements. Address and resolve conflicts, coach teams, and influence adoption of new processes. Skills Needed Strong organizational and communication skills. Strategic thinking, planning, and implementation. Track record of building loyalty with teams and influencing through buy‑in. Customer‑service orientation; ability to intuit needs and problem‑solve. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software. Basic financial management terminology and practice skills. Tactful conflict resolution and training ability. Experience in HR, AP/AR, payroll systems, and practice management. Knowledge of labor‑law practice, HR policy, payroll standards. Team‑player with strong working relationships. Adaptability to changing requirements and balancing priorities. Understanding of various forms of dementia to support residents. Relevant Experience Progressive business‑related roles with increasing scope, responsibility, and authority. Experience in the senior‑care industry. Managing payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and training. Multi‑tasking while delivering customer service and problem‑solving. Business growth initiatives and self‑employment experiences. Detail‑oriented financial management roles. Qualifications At least 21 years old. At least 2 years in a business‑management role or a two‑year degree in a business field. Combination of practical and educational experience. Pass a criminal record/background check and negative TB test. Ability to manage performance under tight deadlines. Proficient in both interpersonal interactions and solo projects. Integrity, strong work ethic, accuracy, and thoroughness. Excellent confidentiality maintenance for sensitive information. Good time‑management skills. Independent work style with little oversight. Top‑notch organizational and communication abilities.
