The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and contribute to our overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s activities and drive market growth. Supervise the marketing team to generate innovative campaigns aligned with business goals. Oversee the creation of print and digital marketing materials. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth. Collaborate with the sales department to align strategies. Manage the department’s budget and ensure cost-effective marketing activities. Analyze marketing data to shape future strategies. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and strategic partners. Stay informed of industry advances to foster innovation and maintain competitiveness. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred. Proven experience in senior marketing roles, preferably in renewable energy or related industries. Strong understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistics. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. Ability to collaborate across teams and with executives to create results-driven environments.
