About the Role:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring production readiness across all mitigation and restoration operations. This role directly supports field crews by maintaining equipment, fleet, inventory, safety compliance, and warehouse personnel to SERVPRO standards. The Warehouse Manager ensures jobs are fully supported, crews are properly equipped, and the warehouse operates with excellence, organization, and urgency.

This position reports to the Director of Production (DOP) and plays a key role in driving efficiency, accountability, and safety.

Primary Responsibilities

Production Readiness & Support

• Stage and prepare all required equipment (EQ) and consumables for the following day’s production schedule.
• Respond to active job needs for additional equipment or materials.
• Perform weekly scheduled equipment pick-ups and returns.
• Ensure all Avalon paperwork is submitted daily and accurately.
• Lead and participate in weekly Equipment Teams meetings.

Equipment & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of consumables, tools, and warehouse materials.
• Manage consumables cage and tool request system.
• Oversee equipment cleaning, repair coordination, and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and audit equipment tracking systems (Wex, DryLink) and physical DryLink tags.
• Ensure dumpsters are properly maintained and serviced.

Fleet Management

• Maintain fleet readiness including oil changes, inspections, and preventative maintenance.
• Track fleet compliance through Wex and other tracking systems.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and production-ready.

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and enforce SERVPRO safety standards.
• Conduct weekly OSHA safety trainings.
• Ensure all crew members are properly fitted and equipped with required PPE (including respirator fittings).
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and hazard awareness.

Leadership & Team Oversight

• Supervise warehouse technician and assign daily priorities.
• Monitor training progress of new technicians and report updates to the DOP.
• Manage temporary labor workforce:
  • Ensure the correct number of workers arrive and depart.
  • Confirm Temp Company Crew Sheets are submitted each morning.
  • Verify TMC timesheets are submitted each evening.

Performance Expectations

• Accurate and up-to-date inventory and tracking systems.
• Fleet compliance maintained at 100%.
• Clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouse.
• OSHA training completed weekly without lapse.
• Timely and accurate documentation submission.
