Automotive Accounting Specialist

Beck Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Automotive Accounting Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with prior automotive dealership accounting experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with accuracy-driven financial processes. Position Overview The Automotive Accounting Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of dealership operations. This role will support daily accounting functions with a focus on payables, billing, and/or inventory processes. Required Experience (Automotive Dealership Experience Required) Accounts Payable (A/P) Deal Billing / Contract Processing Inventory / Floorplan / Vehicle Accounting Key Responsibilities Bill out deals and ensure proper posting to accounting system Review and post dealership transactions Support billing and deal funding processes Assist with inventory and schedule reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records Work collaboratively with accounting office and dealership staff Assist with month-end closing tasks Qualifications Prior automotive dealership accounting experience required Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is highly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Comfortable working with accounting systems and spreadsheets Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Company Benefits Competitive Pay Plan: We recognize and reward your contributions.
