Lighting Project Manager

About the Role Turtle in New York is actively searching for a Lighting Project Manager to join our team in Commack, NY. The Assistant Lighting Project Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of lighting projects from order entry to project closeout and managing customer expectations with the support of the department. What You'll Do Oversee the complete lifecycle of lighting projects — ranging from small to large‑scale commercial retrofits — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Serve as the central hub of communication between clients, vendors, and electrical contractors, managing the technical details, procurement, and site logistics. Maintain schedules with weekly updates. Oversee multiple projects. Track shipments. Work in a team environment internally as well as with customers. Handle project billing. Generate and maintain change orders. Seek opportunities to increase sales/margin. Organize and manage documents. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with MS Office and Outlook (required). Relevant experience in lighting systems (LED, controls) and project management (scheduling, budgeting) highly desirable but not required.
