Perform a variety of administrative duties in support of day-to-day healthcare administration.

Design and maintains personnel files to document and track professional requirements and currency.

Prepare presentation materials to include briefing documents, charts, outlines, objectives and spreadsheets using standard office productivity software as directed.

Assist leadership with the preparation and execution of administrative meetings.

Extract and compile data using automated reporting systems.

Plan and execute scheduled work to be accomplished by team members.

Give advice, counsel and instruction to employees on work and administrative matters.
