Director Biostatistics

Leading the biostatistics function, the full-time Head of Biostatistics will develop and execute strategic initiatives, provide oversight for biostatistics operations, and partner with cross-functional teams, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the biostatistics strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry advancements Provide leadership for biostatistics operations, including resource planning, project delivery, and quality management Serve as a senior client contact, supporting strategic partnerships and representing the organization at industry events Required qualifications PhD or MSc in Biostatistics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline 15+ years of progressive biostatistics experience within CROs, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical organizations Demonstrated experience leading biostatistics teams and overseeing complex clinical development programs Strong operational leadership skills with experience managing resources and budgets Deep understanding of clinical research, drug development, and regulatory requirements
