Your Role As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Your Responsibilities Drive sales as a key LOD by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience. Support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results. Lead people by motivating and aligning the team with AEO’s core values. Model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable. Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs. Train and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture. Foster teamwork by setting clear goals, providing ongoing performance feedback, and celebrating outstanding performance to drive engagement. Act as a visual and operational innovator by executing daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards. Maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies, and act with integrity at all times.
