QA AuditorSeeking a QA Auditor to perform the audits, labeling, final packaging inspection and final quality audit for all systems, upgrades and miscellaneous kits prior to shipment.Job Description:Responsible for performing the auditing, labeling, final packaging inspection and final quality audit for all systems, upgrades and miscellaneous kits prior to shipment.Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Master Scheduling, Production Control, Material handlers, Dock personnel and Packing contractors to ensure audits and quality inspections are completed so that products ship on time.Responsible for the final quality audit before shipment of systems, upgrades and miscellaneous ship kits.Evaluating the quality of packagingVisual spot check of part qualityEnsure proper labeling of partsConsolidating piece parts into the correct shipping binWorking with Production Control and/or Manufacturing Engineering to resolve issues.Coordinate material movement out of clean roomCreating and maintaining Plant Clearance audit recordsPersevere against challenging and time constrained issues.Inventing creative solutions to problems to ensure the job gets done on time.Provide constructive process improvement recommendationsRedline procedures as appropriateAssist in the training and development of new hiresSupport other product lines in plant clearance activities when necessarySupport Monthly Linearity Goals - Ensure Completion of Sales Order Requirements and Efficient Progress of Systems.Assist in achieving the US Operations quarterly revenue goals.Complete progression of all assigned systems within the allocated time.Support the Highest Level of Product Quality.Follow Process Checklists & Procedures in Order, Open Non Conformances and Fill Out Completely.Maintain Inventory Control by Following the Process Steps/Support Documentation and Completing All Necessary Paperwork, Such As NC's and MTs.Create and maintain good working relationships at all levels and provide good oral and written communications to individuals and groups.Support Plant Clearance Improvement by Making Suggestions and Recommendations.Assist in training new hires.Auditing material against BOMsMeet commitments, schedules, and deadlines and be reliable in attendance.Qualification:Demonstrate proficiency with SAP SW as well as the MS Office suiteClear communication and strong collaborative skillsAbility to multitaskShift Hours: 7- 4 PST + OT as neededBenefits:Healthcare Insurance: Synectics offers eligible employees and their dependents healthcare coverage through BlueCross BlueShield of Illinois.
