Pay & Earnings

What You’ll Do
As a Bartender , you will:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide friendly, attentive service to bar and restaurant guests
- Make drinks according to Applebee’s recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
- Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety standards
- Process guest payments accurately
- Communicate with servers, kitchen team members, and managers
- Create a fun and welcoming guest experience
